Back to School Lunch

We are officially back to school! Make your school lunches more exciting with one of

these three lunch options:

1. Mexican Roll Ups

What you need:

Flour Tortilla

Cream Cheese

Shredded Mexican Cheese

Black Beans

Mexican Spice Blend

Bell Pepper

How to:

Start with the flour tortilla

Layer with cream cheese, shredded cheese, and mexican spice.

Top with black beans and bell pepper

Roll tightly and insert toothpicks

Slice between toothpicks to create smaller pieces

Tip: Like it creamy? Mash cream cheese, shredded cheese and black beans in a separate bowl before spreading onto the tortilla.

2. Mini Italian Subs

What you need:

King's Hawaiian Rolls

Sliced Ham

Sliced Salami

Sliced Provolone

Lettuce

Tomato

Banana Pepper

Mayonnaise

Mustard

How to:

Cut rolls in half and spread mayo and mustard on each side

Layer ham, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato and banana peppers

Tip: Add a side of Italian dressing for extra flavor.

3. Turkey Club Wrap

What you need:

Flour Tortilla

Mayonnaise

Sliced Turkey

Sliced Cheddar

Cooked Bacon

Lettuce

Cherry Tomato

How to:

Cook bacon and slice cherry tomatoes in half

Spread the flour tortilla with mayo

Layer turkey, cheddar, bacon, lettuce and tomato

Roll tightly and slice in half

Tip: Eating it now rather than later? Add avocado!
